Limited on-street parking around the stadium is available for Blue Badge holders only. Please note, there is no on-site casual match-day accessible or general parking at Carrow Road.
Spectator Viewing areas
Home supporters have 71 spaces for wheelchair users available to them, with away fans having 13 wheelchair user spaces. These spaces are located in the following areas;
Indoor Aviva Ability Counts Gallery
The Aviva Ability Counts Gallery is an inside viewing area, behind glass with heating when necessary. This is fully accessible by a lift and is self-contained with accessible toilets and a large refreshment area with a lowered counter.
Platform Aviva Ability Counts Gallery
Outside Jarrold Stand Wing (N & O)
Outside Jarrold Stand Centre (J & M)
Supporters can sit at the front of the Jarrold Stand at pitch level with accessible toilets close by and refreshments are available from within the Jarrold Stand concourse.
Away Section Jarrold Stand Wing
Seating is also available in the Aviva Ability Counts Gallery which is an inside viewing area, behind glass with heating when necessary. This is fully accessible by a lift and is self-contained with accessible toilets and a large refreshment area with a lowered counter.

The Jarrold stand concourse area has 2 accessible toilets and lowered food and beverage counters. The Away section also uses the Jarrold Stand concourse at the away end. This area has 2 accessible toilets and a lowered food and beverage counter.
The Ability Counts Gallery has 3 accessible toilets and a separate refreshment area, with seating area, and lowered beverage counters. This is fully licensed and is only for use by customers seated in the Ability Counts Gallery. The Ability Counts platform (wheelchair) and seating (ambulant) has a trolley service situated on the platform serving hot drinks.
