All car parking is owned and run by Leeds City Council. Payment is on entry. Free to blue badge holders. Drop off facilities are not available..

Spectator Viewing areas

There are 144 spaces for wheelchair users 100-pitchside and 44 are elevated. 118 for Home fans and 26 for Away fans. Away fans are located with own supporters.
There are 289 'Easy Access and Amenity' seats for ambulant disabed fans with designated ambulant and disabled seating available in the north stand.

Amenities

There are 26 accessible toilets at the stadium. These are located as follows: North West Corner Groundsman Entrance, Eddie Gray Suite (North West Corner) South West Corner (under the score board), South Stand Lower Concourse, all hospitality areas in the East and West Stand.
The club shop is accessible for all fans and does not have a low level serving counter. Catering kiosks in the home and away sections do have low level serving counters and so are fully accessible.
The club does have hearing loops. Match audio commentaries are available via headsets, 10 headsets are available to reserve by prior contact with the club. Facilities for assistance dogs are available. The concourses do not have rest areas included.
