Getting There & Parking
There is a club car park with 45 free accessible parking spaces for home and 5 accessible parking spaces for away supporter’s available by booking with the DLO. These are situated 100 metres away from the stadium. Drop off facilities are available. Roads around the stadium are closed on matchday.
Spectator Viewing areas
Home supporters have 93 spaces for wheelchair users available to them, and these can be found at pitchside and on raised upper tier platforms. 10 spaces for wheelchair users can be found at pitchside in the home section for away supporters. There are designated seats for supporters with ambulant disabilities are available in the home (250 seats) and away end (20 seats).
Both home and away fans can use the 15 accessible toilets inside the stadium which can be found adjacent the disabled seating areas. The club shop is accessible for all fans and does have a low level serving counter. Catering kiosks in the home and away sections do have low level serving counters and so are fully accessible.
The club does not have a hearing loop. Audio descriptive commentaries are available via headsets, reserve with the DLO. Facilities for assistance dogs are available. The concourses do not have rest areas included. There is a designated customer service point for disabled supporters on match days. The club do have a wheelchair hire scheme.
